My background includes commercial leadership roles with P&L responsibility, international business development, and senior HR roles, enabling me to quickly identify what is required and ensure strategy, organization, and leadership work together in practice.
About Carl Fredrik:
Management consultant, product manager, and project manager across multiple industry verticals, including manufacturing and property management.
I help organizations transition to a more data-driven business model by using data and data analysis in both product and service offerings, as well as product manufacturing, all to secure measurable results and increased competitiveness.
I am accustomed to guiding businesses through the entire process, from strategically defining the target vision and actual needs to identifying approaches, potential technical solutions, and suppliers.
About Rolf:
Engaged Enterprise Architect, Project and Change Manager with over three decades of experience helping organizations evolve and find the right path through various types of transformations.
I have worked on both large and small projects and am accustomed to switching between the strategic big picture and the details needed to make things work in practice. By participating in more than 100 business development initiatives in more than 50 organizations, I have built a solid understanding of how IT and operations can interact to create real value.
I have consciously developed the ability to combine future-oriented innovation with today's operational needs. With experience from leadership, business management and agile ways of working, I support organizations throughout the journey - from idea to concrete result - in a way that promotes sustainable development and long-term impact.
